Returns Policy

GoboPlus Ltd operates three websites for which this policy applies; goboplus.com, scenicsuppliesplus.com and lightfilterplus.com.

Goboplus Limited (the company) supply goods that are covered by a limited warranty subject to use by the Customer.

For stock products  e.g. a standard metal Gobo / scenic paint

  • Within 14 days of the Customer receiving the goods they must contact the Company by e-mail or in writing about any return they would like to make and give the reasons e.g. due to a change of mind or order error. If agreed by the Company any returns would be subject to a 20% handling charge excluding any carriage costs these will notbe refunded and is at the sole discretion of the Company and my be refused.
  • If a product is reported by a Customer as faulty within 30 days of the Customer receiving the goods again by email or in writing they would need to give the reasons e.g. or an error has been made by the Company in size or type of product or has been manufactured with a defect then under our warranties policy the Company would offer:
    • To repair the product at the Companies expense
    • The replacement of the order at no additional charge to the Customer subject to the return of the faulty or
    • incorrect goods
    • A complete refund once the goods are returned

 

For custom products  e.g. a custom Gobo 

We do not offer a returns option for goods ordered in error by the Customer as they are bespoke and manufactured to the Customers’ requirements and information supplied. If a product is reported by a Customer as faulty within 30 days of the Customer receiving the goods again by e-mail or in writing they would need to give the reasons e.g. or an error has been made by the Company in size or type of product or has been manufactured with a defect then under our warranties policy the company would offer:

  • To repair the product at the Companies expense
  • The replacement of the order at no additional charge to the Customer subject to the return of the faulty or incorrect goods
  • A complete refund once the goods are returned


Both Standard and custom goods

  • Once the Customer makes a claim after notification by e-mail or writing as laid out above and the goods have been returned the company will within 30 days of receiving the goods report back to the Customer any discovery of any defect.
  • The Company is not liable for any breach of warranty if the Customer fails to return the goods in reasonable time after notifying Company or makes further use of the goods or self-repairs or alters the goods without the agreement by e-mail or writing of the Company.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any breach of warranty if the Customer fails to handle the Goods in accordance standard industry practice and in line with the Company’s handling and installation instructions.
  • Goods must be installed by an appropriately qualified technician and in accordance with the specifications of any projection or lighting equipment
  • The Company’s liability under the warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing the Goods in question or refunding the price of such Goods and excludes damage to any 3rd  parties equipment the Company shall under no circumstances be liable to the Customer for any consequential, indirect or economic loss or damages


The above is subject to the sole discretion of the Company.
