GoboPlus deliver worldwide! Please be aware that if you are not delivering to the UK then additional delivery times may apply.

Turnaround Times

The majority of gobos are made to order so turnaround times can vary.

We aim to ship all stock gobo orders within one day. However, times may vary depending on the capacity within our production run. If you have an immediate requirement then please call our team on +44 (0)203 603 1335 and we will do our best to accommodate.

Custom gobos will typically need to go through an artwork process and your approval may be required. Please factor time for this when ordering custom gobos.

Whilst the below turnaround times are what we expect, they are not guaranteed, so please call us if you have urgent requirements.

Alternative delivery address

Choose to have your order delivered to an alternative address (not the billing address). Simply fill in the delivery address box with these details when placing your order. We will then email the invoice to you and send an un-priced despatch note with the order.

Problems with your delivery

If the goods you have ordered are damaged, faulty or incorrect, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange to have the products sent out again free of charge, or we'll give a full refund!

If we have made a rare mistake and forgotten to include something, please call us as soon as you receive your order and we will get it sent to you without delay, free of charge.

Incorrect Address

If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is usually returned to us by the carrier. Please double check your delivery address carefully when placing an order.

Other Address Problems

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes as our carriers require signatures before releasing the package.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If our carriers are unsuccessful on the first attempt they will leave a card and contact number for you to collect your goods or in some cases re-arrange delivery. If the parcel is not collected or delivered after 5 days the package will be returned to us.
